Step-by-Step Production Process
From land preparation and seed selection to cold chain security and warehouse storage, we supervise every step meticulously.
1. Land Preparation
Selecting fertile, well-drained loamy soil, plowed and enriched with organic manure and balanced nutrients to create the ideal growing environment.
2. Seed Selection & Planting
High-quality certified seed potatoes are carefully selected and planted at the proper depth and spacing. This ensures healthy plant growth, uniform tuber development, and higher yields.
3. Crop Management
During the growing season, the crop receives regular irrigation, balanced fertilization, weed control, and plant protection. Continuous field monitoring helps maintain healthy crop development.
4. Harvesting
Potatoes are harvested only after reaching full maturity. Modern harvesting methods are used to minimize damage and maintain product quality.
5. Field Collection
Freshly harvested potatoes are collected from the fields and placed in clean crates or bags. Careful handling helps prevent bruising and mechanical damage.
6. Cleaning & Preliminary Inspection
The harvested potatoes are cleaned to remove soil and foreign materials. Initial quality inspection removes damaged, diseased, or undersized potatoes.
7. Transportation to Cold Storage
The selected potatoes are transported quickly using clean vehicles to maintain freshness and reduce post-harvest losses.
8. Cold Storage
Potatoes are stored in modern temperature-controlled cold storage facilities under carefully monitored conditions. Proper temperature and humidity help preserve freshness, maintain quality, and extend shelf life until dispatch for domestic or international markets.
OUR COLD CHAIN COMMITMENT
Every batch exported maintains temperature logging until the container seals are locked at Mundra Port.
